At Framified, each framed print is made just for you. We take pride in our craftsmanship; if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Quality Guarantee & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We may request a few photos or a short video to verify the issue quickly.

Once confirmed, we’ll either:

  • Send a free replacement (our preferred option), or
  • Issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs)

What’s Not Covered

Minor variations in color or texture can occur due to differences in printers, paper types, or environmental factors during production. These are considered normal within industry tolerances and are not covered by our guarantee.

However, if something looks significantly off, we’re always happy to review the case and make it right.

No Returns Needed

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns. But don’t worry—you won’t need to send anything back. If there’s a problem, you keep the item, and we’ll still issue a refund or replacement.

Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 15 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Note: This policy does not apply to undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made the moment you order it, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.
